This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. I came back because of the friendliness of the reception staff, the comfy bed, good shower and perfect location for me. However, the second time, it was the Fete de la Musique (when all hell breaks loose in Paris.) It wasn't such a great night because of unbearable noise. Also the price had almost doubled because of the Fete.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff took very good care of our belongings and even let us deposit our luggage before check-in as we arrived early. The breakfast was overly positive for a fair price - great selection! Our room for two was very small but also comfy. We could even spot the Eiffel Tower from our window! Lastly, the Gare de L’Est main station is only three minutes away so you can easily get around Paris!

Location is amazing, right near the train station. The staff were welcoming, efficient and friendly. They changed our room when we realised the safe didn’t work with no worries, which ended up being an upgrade. Late check out included and though very centrally located, not very noisy. Would recommend!

Location is good. Easy to go to train stations and travel by metro, restaurants/bars/supermarkets/bakeries are in walking distance. Staffs are friendly. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Water pressure is strong. Breakfast is ok, even though not many things to choose, on peak hours can be busy. There is a beautiful garden in front of the hotel, nice to sit there when it is nice weather.

Check-in was extremely efficient and completed in 2 minutes. The lady at reception was very friendly. The room was comfortable, the bed was great and the bathroom was clean. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, less than 5 minutes from the Gare de l'Est, which is one of the reasons I chose it. I had stayed in that area a few years ago but this hotel is definitely better than the ones I used before. I just needed somewhere quiet to sleep for one night and this hotel ticked all the right boxes!

Fantastic location, so convenient for Eurostar (10 min walk or 1 stop on metro to Gare de L’Est then a 2 min walk) fantastic location for getting all over Paris very easily. My room was spotless- thank you house keeping! Very comfortable, shower fantastic.

The hotel was well situated by Canal St Martin, comfortable and good shower rooms. Clean and welcoming

location to the canal, parks, metro, etc. lots of nearby restaurants. also was just around the block from where our family had an apartment.
